Apply for a property
It is simple to take a tenancy through Bowbridge Properties
STEP 1:
You fill in the registration form below and get in touch for viewing once we matched your requirements with our current property database.
STEP 2:
Once you decide on taking the property you like, you will fill in Tenant Application Form and your offer will then be put forward to the Landlord.
STEP 3:
If you are a student , you will need a guarantor. Once your offer has been accepted, guarantor documentation will be posted or emailed to your guarantor. Your guarantor then has seven days in which to return the forms to Bowbridge Properties.
STEP 4:
You will then need to pay the move-in balance to include rent and security deposit and this will be required in cleared funds by your move in date.
STEP 5:
All tenants will need to come into our office on your move in date for approx 20 minutes to sign the Tenancy Agreements and you will then be given the keys.
